Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general and functional administrative support to the department
- Maintain and organize departmental files, documents, and records; prepare presentations and reports
- Maintain proper and accurate stock records
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Brand Guidelines and standards throughout the organization by providing necessary assistance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for market information and database updates
- Assist team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Qualification Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Management from a reputed University
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge; Excel/Word and PowerPoint, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative work such as record keeping and stock management
- Ability to convey information clearly and professionally with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
- Proficiency in Photography and Videography will be an added advantage
- Ability to work well within a team environment being adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist others when needed
