Job Description

·      Provide general and functional administrative support to the department. 

·      Maintain and organize departmental files, documents, and records; prepare presentations and reports.

·      Maintain proper and accurate stock records.

·      Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

·      Ensure compliance with Corporate Brand Guidelines and standards throughout the organization by providing necessary assistance.

·      Coordinate with stakeholders for market information and database updates.

·      Assist team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Job Specification

·      Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Management from a reputed University.

·      Good Microsoft Office knowledge; Excel/Word and PowerPoint, etc.

·      Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative work such as record keeping and stock management. 

·      Ability to convey information clearly and professionally with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.

·      Proficiency in Photography and Videography will be an added advantage.

·      Ability to work well within a team environment being adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist others when needed.
