Buddha Air, the leading domestic carrier, stopped its inflight service entirely, only providing water upon request. They also ceased distributing candies, citing the economic burden as a significant factor. Buddha Air’s chairperson, Birendra Bahadur Basnet, mentioned this economic strain in a recent interview.
