Job Vacancy Announcement: Career Opportunity at Yeti Airlines

Yeti Airlines has announced Job Vacancy for 2 positions of Ground Support Equipment Technician. Individuals interested in working with a reputed Airlines of Nepal dating its service back from 25 years and meeting the qualification can apply for fulfilling the vacant position.

The minimum Education Qualification is Diploma or B. E. in Electrical Engineering or Electro/Mechanical Engineering. The fulfilling candidates will be a part of Ground Support crew under the operations of Yeti Airlines.

The selected individuals will be responsible to carry out routine servicing and maintenance of Ground Power Unit, Air Conditioning Unit, Battery Cart and other Ground Service equipments.

1. Ground Power Unit (GPU): A GPU is a mobile unit that supplies electrical power to aircraft on the ground. It’s crucial for various operations, including pre-flight checks, avionics testing, and powering the aircraft while it’s on the ground.
2. Air Conditioning Unit: This equipment is responsible for providing temperature control inside the aircraft when it’s on the ground. Proper maintenance ensures that the unit functions efficiently, contributing to passenger comfort and preserving the integrity of electronic systems on board.
3. Battery Cart: This refers to a mobile unit containing batteries used for starting aircraft engines. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure that the batteries are in good condition and can reliably provide the necessary power.
4. Other Ground Support Equipment (GSE): This may include a variety of tools and machinery used on the ground to support aircraft operations. Examples include tow tractors, baggage loaders, and maintenance platforms.
